My name is Janice and I live in Alaska's Subarctic with my dog (pictured), a male Green Cheek Conure named Stinky and my husband. I had a girl bird named Sunshine who left us on 7 August 2015.The dog, Cherni Girl aka Blackheath Farm's North to Alaska, wasn't sure she liked having a B1RD until said avian creature was gone. Then she missed her. So did I. After many tears, I've decided to share my thoughts rather than carry them around like a word scramble in my head, so here goes!
